If you have selected the standard delivery option (8am - 6pm) and would like to narrow down your delivery window, please fill in the following form.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The following form must be completed to request an ETA 
• ETAs are only given out on the day of delivery
• You cannot request ETA's for Saturday, AM and PM delivery services
• You will be contacted by a member of the Certainly Wood team as soon as we have received an ETA from the carrier
• ETAs are an estimated time of arrival and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances
• ETAs are only applicable for National Deliveries
