Our Loyalty Points Scheme Is Changing

Our current loyalty scheme is coming to an end as we replace it by our membership scheme which offers greater benefits to our loyal customers. By 31st December 2025 any existing points will expire so make sure you make use of your points until then.  Learn more about membership.

How To Use Your Points

We have created a bespoke discount code for every customer who had points stored in their account. To use your bespoke code, log into your account, place desired products into the basket and apply a code which consists of your first name, last name and the word "local". For example, if you're name is John Doe, your code would be "johndoelocal", all in lowercase.

The system will then automatically apply the correct amount of points that you had accrued in your loyalty account. Please note the code does not contain any titles i.e. Dr, Reverend ect. If your name is double-barrelled, the code will be the name as it appears on your account, i.e if your name is John Smith-Doe, your code would be johnsmithdoelocal.
