Charnwood Terms

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Closing date for receipt of competition entries is 31st January 2019. Winner will be notified within 1 month of the closing date.

The competition is open only to UK residents over the age of 18. Entry to the competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes without additional consultation. This competition is not open to employees of Charnwood, A.J Wells & Sons Ltd. or Certainly Wood or our competition partners or their direct family members.

The prizewinner will be selected at random or on the basis of their entry (as appropriate) by Certainly Wood. No purchase necessary. The prize winner will be selected from the entries received by an independent panel. Only the winner will be contacted personally. 

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred, though Charnwood reserves the right to change the prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The prize is for a Bembridge wood burning stove in Matt Black only and does not include accessories. Installation of the stove is not included in the prize and this must be carried out by an Authorised Charnwood Stockist. The prize is not transferable and there will be no cash alternative.

Charnwood & Certainly Wood do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Certainly Wood and Charnwood’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them.

Charnwood & Certainly Wood shall be permitted to exclude any entrant at any time at its sole discretion. If there is any conflict with these rules and the specific competition rules, then the latter take preference.
