The Prize



Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to residents of mainland UK aged 18 years or over. Employees of Certainly Wood Ltd, Firepits UK, or their family members or anyone else connected with the prize draw may not enter.
  2. How to Enter: Entry is made by submitting your details via the competition landing page. By entering, you agree to be added to the Certainly Wood and Firepits UK email newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email received. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter.
  3. Entry Period: The competition closes at 12 noon on 10th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  4. The Prize: The prize consists of one 60cm Firepit from Firepits UK (£320), 40 bags of kiln-dried Flaming Firewood, and 50 KindleFlamers (£281.99). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal value, if required.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the closing date.
  6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 7 working days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within this period, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  7. Data Protection: By entering, you agree that Certainly Wood Ltd may use your personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and for future marketing communications. All data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. See FirePits UK Privacy Policy here. 
  8. Social Media & Security: Please stay vigilant against "copycat" accounts. We will never ask for your credit card details or bank information via social media. The winner will be announced only on our official accounts: @certainlywood_ (Instagram) and Certainly Wood (Facebook).
  9. General: * Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable post-event publicity (e.g., a social media mention).
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
  • These rules are governed by English law.
