1. Lay two small logs at the bottom of your woodburner
2. Place 6-8 kindling sticks in a Jenga-formation on top of the logs
3. Place one Flamer in the middle of the kindling formation
4. Light the firelighter
5. Once the fire is established, add more logs when required
   
   

The best kindling for wood burners is kiln dried, low moisture, and evenly cut for consistent performance. Softwood kindling is commonly used because it lights quickly, helping you get your fire up to temperature fast before adding hardwood logs for longer burn time.
