Terms & Conditions

    1. All national deliveries will be ‘Economy’ which is 3 -5 days from despatch and delivered on a pallet using a tail lift lorry with a hand pump truck. (No crane facilities)
    2. Delivery is free on all bulk orders over £125 when delivered via our national delivery network within mainland UK.
    3. All offshore destinations will be subject to a delivery surcharge. 
    4. Orders received by 3 p.m will be despatched on the next working day and delivered within the specified lead time as quoted on the website. 
    5. Economy delivery service has delivery times between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. This is termed as an ‘Open Booking’ with no time specified, just the day. You will NOT receive a call from the carrier prior to delivery once you've selected a date at time of order.
    6. AM delivery service is available with delivery between 8.30am and 12 noon and for an additional charge of £10 per pallet. You will NOT receive a call from the carrier prior to delivery once you've selected a date at time of order.
    7. Premium delivery service is available at an additional charge of £20 per pallet and goods will be delivered the day after despatch and within 1-2 working days of order. You will receive an email to confirm that it has been despatched – it will then be delivered the following day as an ‘Open Booking’, but you will NOT receive a further call.
    8. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge of £25 per pallet, but orders must be received by Tuesday 3 p.m for the coming Saturday, otherwise you will be able to pick the following Saturday at time of order on the calendar.  You will NOT receive a call from the carrier prior to delivery once you've selected a date at time of order, they will just appear, but it should be in the morning as Saturdays are half day working. 
    9. In the event of a customer agreeing to a delivery and not being at home during the agreed time period, or there not being a safe place to leave the goods, a redelivery charge of £15 per pallet will be made.
    10. If for any reason a customer is unable to take delivery of goods for a long period of time after despatch, (more than 10 days) and did not inform Certainly Wood when placing the order, then a re-delivery and possible storage charge may be made. If the goods have to be returned to Certainly Wood, there will be a charge of £40.
    11. If the customer cancels the order and goods have left Certainly Wood a £40 cancellation fee will apply.
    12. Please Note: Our carriers are contracted to do a kerbside delivery only. Delivery drivers are not expected to manoeuvre the pallet beyond the rear of the vehicle but will risk assess each delivery and always be as helpful as possible where conditions allow. 
    13. In the event of a delivery not being possible due to poor access or gravel drive then the delivery will have to be “kerbside” (i.e. left as near to the property as possible). 
    14. All goods must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed unless prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property at which point these will be left at the customer’s risk. 
    15. Under your statutory rights, if for any reason the goods are not what you expected, you have 14 days following delivery in which to return the goods, at your cost. They must be in the same condition as they were when delivered.
    16. On making a bulk purchase, once delivered, the pallet on which the product is delivered automatically becomes the property of the purchaser.
    17. Any delivery issues must be reported immediately to Certainly Wood. 
    18. In the event of any dispute, resulting in the goods being returned to Certainly Wood, payment will be refunded to the customer less all charges. 
    19. Lead times may extend during busy periods. 
    20. Social Media coupon codes run on Twitter and Facebook are only redeemable on orders equal or greater than £125.00
    21. Local Customers - If you live in the Herefordshire area or 40-mile radius via land transport from Certainly Wood (HR2) please visit local.certainlywood.co.uk to place a 'local' order or call 01981 251796. Offers on www.certainlywood.co.uk do not apply to customers categorised as a local customer. 
    22. Discount Codes - can only be used once, minimum order value £125. Following products are excluded: 30 bag pallet and 0.8m3 bulk bag of kiln dried logs, Ash vacuums, weathershields and bundles. All terms and conditions and delivery information apply. Cannot be redeemed past closing date. Cannot be substituted, exchanged or refunded. September code expires 16th October 2016. Code must be entered at the checkout if ordering online, or stated at time of order via telephone.
    23. June Offer - To redeem offer, the customer must be logged into their account to redeem offer, customers who are eligible will receive an email detailing offer. Offer will be automatically applied at checkout. To receive offer you must place an order for kiln dried logs, the 30 bag pallet and 0.8m3 bulk bag are excluded from the offer. Discount will be locked in until December 31st if log order is placed by midnight June 30th. Offer is only applicable to kiln dried logs (excluding the 0.8 and 30 bag pallet), kindling and Flamers. This offer will be applied automatically and will take precedence over any other offers until December 31st 2017, offers cannot be applied in conjunction with one another, only this offer will be applied. 
    24. Charnwood Stoves Competition -  Entry to the competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes without additional consultation and to photograph the final installation. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Closing date for receipt of competition entries is 30th September 2017. Winner will be notified within 1 month of the closing date. The competition is open to UK residents only over the age of 18. This competition is not open to employees of Certainly Wood Ltd or Charnwood, A.J Wells & Sons Ltd or their direct family members. The prize winner will be selected at random. No purchase necessary. Charnwood reserves the right to change the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The prize is for a Bembridge wood burning stove in black only and does not include accessories. Installation of the stove is not included in the prize and this must be carried out by an Authorised Charnwood Stockist. The prize is not transferable and there will be no cash alternative. Competition closes on 30th September 2017.
