What's new at Penhein?

Go off-grid this summer with Penhein. Their new Go Wild Family Break package allows families to relax and run wild together, giving space for real bonding time. Here's what it includes:

Digital Detox: Disconnect from the outside world and opt-in to their digital detox. This is increasing in popularity with parents and children alike, as individuals soon realise the importance and joy of real-time together.

Space & Freedom: On site, there is an adventure playground, rope swings and a range of outdoor activities for young ones. Let them run wild in the 8 acres of wildflower meadow, which is perfect for all things picnics and frolics and let them cool down and paddle in the nearby brook.

Bushcraft: Penhein offers a range of bushcraft courses for children of all ages, making getting wise in the wild easy. These courses encourage children to explore the outdoors more and learn crucial life skills such as den making, lighting fires and even outdoor cooking.

Eat al fresco: Did you even go camping if you didn't roast marshmallows on the campfire? As a key part of the Penhein experience, you can roast marshmallows out in the wild and use a range of wood-burning appliances like wood burners and fire pits to cook up your evening grub or even to brew your morning cup of tea. They have many communal outdoor areas, perfect for evening stargazing and socialising.

Sleeping under the stars: Switch off, tune out and reconnect. As a part of this package, you will stay in one of their eight Persian Alachigh tents, totally off-grid with high domes and skylights made perfect for stargazing. These spacious rooms can fit two adults and up to four children, which means enough room for the entire family.
